Refund & Returns Policy :
Physical Products
Physical items may be exchanged or replaced if faulty or incomplete within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and returned in original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Digital Subscriptions
Digital subscriptions may be cancelled and refunded prior to activation. No refunds are available after activation.
Classes & Programs
Class fees may be refunded before the first class commences. Refunds are not available after the first week of classes
Delivery Policy :
Physical Products
Orders are dispatched via Australia Post within 5–10 business days, subject to availability.
Digital Products & Subscriptions
Order confirmation is sent via email. Digital access codes are provided manually within the stated timeframe.
School Group Subscriptions
Access codes are provided to teachers for distribution to students.
